By booking a consultation, purchasing a nutrition plan, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. The Online Consultation Service

I provide professional online nutritional and wellness coaching. To ensure an effective session, you must provide:

  • A stable internet connection and access to the video conferencing platform specified.

  • A private, quiet environment where you can discuss health matters comfortably.

  • Accurate and honest information regarding your medical history, dietary habits, and lifestyle.

  • Current weight, height, and any recent blood work or medical reports relevant to our session.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a session if the environment is not suitable for a professional consultation or if the information provided is found to be intentionally misleading.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • Securing Your Appointment: Full payment or a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This payment will be applied toward your total service fee.

  • Confirmation: Your appointment or custom plan is only confirmed once payment has been received and written confirmation has been sent by me.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

I organize my coaching schedule and dedicated preparation time around confirmed appointments.

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee. Your payment may be transferred to a future booking.

  • 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the total service fee is payable.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% of the service fee is payable. If you do not join the digital meeting within the grace period, the appointment will be treated as a no-show.

4. Late Availability

I allow a 10-minute grace period for online sessions. If you are unavailable 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, the session may be cancelled, and the full service fee will remain payable.

5. Satisfaction & Adjustments

  • No Cash Refunds: Due to the nature of professional nutrition services and the immediate delivery of digital plans, I do not offer cash refunds once a plan has been delivered or a session completed.

  • Adjustment Policy: If you find your personalized plan difficult to implement, please contact me within 48 hours. I will offer one complimentary adjustment to ensure the plan matches our initial consultation goals. This does not apply to:

    • A change of mind after the strategy was agreed upon.

    • Failure to follow the provided nutritional and lifestyle advice.

6. Health & Safety

  • Medical Disclaimer: I am a nutritionist, not a medical doctor. My advice is for nutritional purposes and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

  • Allergy Disclosure: You must inform me of any food allergies, intolerances, or skin sensitivities before a plan is created.

  • Professional Boundaries: I cannot provide coaching that contradicts medical advice from your physician. If I determine a health concern is outside my scope of practice, I reserve the right to refuse service and refer you to a medical professional.

7. Pricing & Custom Plans

Prices may change over time; however, the price confirmed at the time of booking will always be honored. For long-term coaching packages:

  • All sessions must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase.

  • Any additional bespoke research or testing analysis will be discussed and quoted prior to the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

I will provide services with reasonable care and skill. I am not liable for:

  • Results that vary due to individual biological differences or lack of adherence to the plan.

  • Allergic reactions where specific food sensitivities or medical conditions were not disclosed.

  • Indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Force Majeure

I shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, severe illness, or government restrictions.

10. Privacy

I collect your name, contact details, and health data solely to provide my nutritional services. Personal data is handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with my Privacy Policy.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Solution Finder For You is registered.
