Thank you for choosing Solution Finder For You. I take great pride in delivering professional, personalized online nutrition and wellness coaching. To ensure fairness, clarity, and the best results for your health journey, the following terms apply to all bookings and digital products.
1. Satisfaction & Service Guarantee
Due to the custom nature of nutritional planning and the time dedicated to 1-on-1 coaching, I do not offer cash refunds for services or digital plans that have been delivered. However, your success is my priority.

Plan Adjustment Policy: If you find that your personalized meal plan is difficult to follow or doesn't align with the goals discussed, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will offer a complimentary adjustment to the plan to ensure it better fits your lifestyle.

Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover a change of mind after the digital files have been sent, or failure to see results due to non-adherence to the nutritional advice provided.

Results Disclaimer: Health outcomes are dependent on individual effort and consistency. While I provide the "Solution," the implementation of the habits is the responsibility of the client.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
I carefully manage my coaching calendar to ensure every client receives my full attention during our 1-on-1 sessions.

48 Hours or More Notice: You may reschedule your consultation or check-in session free of charge.

24–48 Hours Notice: A rescheduling fee of 50% of the session value may apply.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice / No-Show: The full session fee (100%) will be charged if:

Cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled video/phone call.

You are unavailable or do not join the digital meeting link at the scheduled time.

3. Deposits & Pre-Payments
Payment is required in full to secure your initial consultation and the creation of your custom nutrition roadmap.

For multi-month coaching packages, the initial payment is considered a commitment to the program.

If you provide more than 48 hours’ notice for a cancellation before any work has commenced, I will transfer your credit to a future date.

Once a digital nutrition guide has been created and sent, the fee is non-refundable.
4. Late Arrival for Consultations
I allow a 10-minute grace period for our online meetings. If you do not join the call within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session may be cancelled and treated as a no-show, and the session fee will be forfeited.
5. Client Responsibilities
To provide you with an effective nutrition "solution," I require:

Honest Disclosure: Accurate information regarding your current health, medical conditions, and dietary history during our intake process.

Active Communication: Promptly responding to weekly check-ins to ensure your plan remains optimized.

Medical Clearance: If you have a pre-existing medical condition, I require confirmation that you have consulted your doctor before starting a new nutritional protocol.
6. Health & Safety
For your safety and professional standards, I cannot provide nutritional coaching that contradicts:

Medical advice provided by your primary physician or specialist.

Treatment plans for acute clinical conditions that require hospital-based dietetic intervention.

Allergy Awareness: You must clearly disclose all food allergies and intolerances. While I design plans to avoid these, the final responsibility for checking food labels and ingredients rests with the client.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If a service is not carried out with reasonable care and skill, or if a digital product is faulty, you may be entitled to a replacement service or appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Solution Finder For You operates.
